Vibration Analysis of Tall Buildings: AnInvestigation into the Effects of Geometric Nonlinearity and Aerodynamic Damping
This study evaluates the dynamic structural behaviour and human comfort levels of tall buildings under wind loads, incorporating the effects of geometric nonlinearity and aerodynamic damping. A case study is conducted on a 48-storey steel-concrete composite building with a height of 172.8 m, subjected to nondeterministic wind-induced dynamic forces. The building's finite element model was developed using the Finite Element Method (FEM) via the Ansys software, taking into account soil-structure interaction to achieve a realistic representation of its dynamic behaviour. The structural response was assessed based on displacement and acceleration results, with wind velocities ranging from 5 m/s [18 km/h] to 45 m/s [162 km/h]. The conclusions.............

GPS Based Toll Collection System
A GPS-based toll collection system represents a modern approach to managing highway tolls through
the use of satellite-based navigation technology. Unlike traditional toll systems that rely on physical toll booths
and manual payment methods, GPS-based toll systems utilize the Global Positioning System (GPS) to track
vehicles in real-time and automatically calculate toll charges based on the vehicle's location and movement. This
system enhances both efficiency and user experience, as it eliminates the need for stopping at toll booths and
reduces congestion on roads...........

Synthesis of Eggshell-Lipase Immobilized Catalyst for Production of Biodiesel
This research work deals with the immobilization of commercial lipase on Eggshell powder to form a heterogeneous renewable catalyst for biodiesel production by utilising waste cooking oil. This will cause to reduce the cost and increase the yield of biodiesel production, it will also increase the thermal stability of the lipase, which will enhance the yield of biodiesel production. The specific activities of lipase were increased to 40 u. The parameters for the synthesis of ELC (Eggshell- Lipase catalyst) were optimised to achieve high activity of ELC, which leads to increase the thermal stability of lipase, which will enhance the rate of production of biodiesel. The lipase immobilised with eggshell, was stable at 48 – 50°C for a prolonged time, which led to increased yield of biodiesel production from 22 % to ~ 92 %.

Lighting The Lamp With Waste Rotational Energy-A Case Study On Ceiling Fan
The mutual induction concept serves as the foundation for this method. To generate energy, we employed a power producing assembly that is mounted on the fan rod. The electromagnetic induction principle of Faraday's law governs how the electricity generating fan operates. The magnets that are positioned around the Cu winding in order to generating power with assembly rotate when the fan is operating. We generated electricity from fan while it was operating with the aid of the power producing assembly. We can generate electricity more effectively and efficiently by employing this assembly.

MASnI₃, as a lead-free perovskite material, offers an eco-friendly alternative to lead-based counterparts, while Cu₂O and SnO₂ are chosen due to their favorable energy level alignment, high carrier mobility, and enhanced thermal stability. Current-voltage (J-V) characteristics recorded over a temperature range of 270 K to 500 K reveal a strong correlation between temperature and device performance parameters. Pinching Antennas: Providing Last-meter Coverage in Non-Line-of-Sight Channels
Pinching antennas are a new class of flexible antenna systems which can be deployed to provide strong line-of-sight (LoS) links to users within multipath-rich wireless environments. They are realized by clipping movable dielectric structures on dielectric waveguides such that the resulting radiation provides reliable last-meter wireless links to user equipment in their vicinity. This paper presents a discussion of the operating principles, deployment strategies and potential applications of pinching antennas. It also suggests some potential areas of further exploration geared towards the mainstreaming of this technology in sixth-generation (6G) wireless networks.

Performance Improvement of Water Supply from Kurutie Community Distribution Station to Nigeria Maritime University, Okerenkoko, Kurutie - Takeoff Campus
The performance improvement of water supply from Kurutie community distribution station to Nigeria maritime university, Okerenkoko, Kurutie - takeoff campus has been done. The study area is the Kurutie Community in the Gbaramatu Kingdom in the Warri South West Local Government Area of Delta State, Nigeria. The assessed population is less than 5000 in 2024. The techniques adopted for the performance improvement are condition evaluation like inspection of the constituents of the distribution system, such as pumping stations, reservoirs, transmission and treatment plants and valves and the EPANET was used for the design of the layout of the distribution network; pressure – volume assessment, customer feedback together with performance ratings............

Unsupervised and Supervised Machine Learning Algorithms for Cell Fault Detection and Classification in LTE Networks
The article provides an overview of the main methods for detecting and classifying cell faults in LTE cellular networks based on unsupervised and supervised machine learning algorithms. The sources of input data for machine learning algorithms are determined. Unsolved problems and open questions that need to be addressed when implementing intelligent means of detecting and classifying cell faults in self-organizing LTE cellular networks are identified.

Door unlock system using face recognition
Face recognition is a technique for recognizing or validating an individual\'s identification by looking at their face. Face recognition software can identify persons in photographs, videos, or in real time. During police stops, officers may use mobile devices to identify persons. Computer vision is a method for understanding how photos and movies are stored, as well as manipulating and retrieving data from them. Artificial Intelligence relies on or is mostly based on computer vision. Self-driving cars, robotics, and picture editing apps all rely heavily on computer vision. The software used is OpenCV Library which is useful to display and process the image produced by webcam. In this paper, we employ Haar Cascade Classifier in an image processing of user face to render the face detection with high accuracy.

Research on Translation Strategies for SHEIN's Cross-border E-commerce Advertising
This research analyzes SHEIN's advertising translation strategies in cross-border e-commerce
across China, the U.S., and Europe. The study explores three main strategies: literal translation, free
translation, and localization. In China, SHEIN uses localization to evoke a festive shopping atmosphere. In
the U.S., literal translation ensures clear, direct messaging, appealing to individualist consumers. In
Europe, free translation emphasizes lifestyle and emotional appeal, aligning with local consumer values.
The findings suggest that these strategies effectively cater to the cultural preferences of each market,
enhancing SHEIN's global brand communication and market success.

Evaluating the quality of desalinated ground water using reverse osmosis techniques: a case study of the city of Tobruk . libya
The city of Tobruk is located within the libya country, a semi-arid area with a fragile environment, characterized by poor soil, the absence of surface water, and scarce rainfall. the salinity of most groundwater reservoirs in the study area is high, ranging from 1620 to 3656 mg/L, making the water unsuitable for human use. The main objective was to evaluate the quality of groundwater desalinated by reverse osmosis plants. The results were then assessed using criteria established by the World Health Organization standards (WHO) and the National Center for Standards and Measurements of Libya, located at the Tajoura Industrial Research Center. Four groundwater wells were selected in different areas and samples were taken from each.............

Cross Examination Of Soil Strength And Suitable Stabilization Approach In The Eastern Part Of Nigeria (Using Nza-Ozubulu In Anambra State As A Case Study)
The Engineering research was triggered by the recent collapse of transmission mast in Urueze Nza Ozubulu, which is a town located in Anambra state of Nigeria. The focused was on cross examination of the soil properties and strength of that zone and provision of suitable stabilization measures and neccesary recommendations to ensure the stabilization of soil when such structures are put up, in that area. The soil samples were collected from Ozubulu, in Ekwusigo Local Government Areaof Anambra..............
